Direct Primary Care Membership

Direct Primary Care membership is billed monthly as an individual or family plan. Included in the cost of membership are unlimited family medicine visits (sick or well) and up to six integrative medicine (OMT or acupuncture) per member. Additional integrative medicine visits are greatly discounted for members at $40 per visit after the initial 6. Also included are access to much cheaper laboratory and imaging services, on-site pharmacy with wholesale pricing, and effectively unlimited access to telephone, text message, and email support directly with the doctor

We see individuals, couples, and families of all shapes and sizes at an affordable price. As your family grows, your cost of care doesn't have to. Two adults in the same household with their dependent children are included at one low monthly cost.
